Description:
The Spartan Academy is a 2-day course designed for Probation, Community Corrections, Parole Agencies, and anyone in Law Enforcement. This academy includes course instruction on Field Safety, Hostage Captivity and Survival Tactics, The Cooperative Interview, Office Safety: Assessing Your Vulnerability, and Without a Warning: Case Studies in Violent Encounters. We will conduct small/large group discussions, exercises in decision making under stress, and have scenario based training exercises. Participants will receive 16 hours of ILEA credit.
